The investment was announced today at a morning signing ceremony at the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC in Beijing, China, where Mr. Chen Deming, a new Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, and Mr. Eliyahu Yishai, Israel's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor, signed a memorandum for increased cooperation between China and Israel in the areas of agriculture, IT, telecom and water technology.
